Zale is also the founder of The Centre for Transformation, an educational program that encourages the application of integrity. Zale is the driving creative force behind the transparency and integrity movement of WhoZaGood®, Inc.

Layden Brown, ChFC, Director, Executive Vice President and Cofounder

A Director and Executive Vice President with 35 years of experience in the business community working with Fortune companies like IBM and DST, Layden has provided strategic and operational guidance to a variety of businesses. Prior to his involvement in WhoZaGood®, Layden was a Partner in a full service marketing, communications and advertising agency.

Don Hawley, Chief Financial Officer & EVP, WhoZaGood, USA

Don brings over 30 years’ experience as either a CFO, President or CEO to WhoZaGood®. He has substantial Board of Directors and Advisory Board experience and has been involved with debt financing, buy and sell-side mergers and acquisitions and going public through an IPO. As both a consultant and a principal, Don has been integral to taking companies from inception to valuation in the hundreds of millions of dollars and has been integral in raising growth capital from tens of millions to hundreds of millions of dollars. Most recently Don served as a Consultant and Chair in a San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of Vistage Worldwide, Inc., the world’s foremost chief executive leadership organization.

Lesa George, B. Eng, MBA, Director & Vice President Technology & Innovation

Lesa brings 30 years of progressive management and consulting experience in the areas of Information Technology, Operations and Marketing. She previously was an IT Director with a large telecommunications firm. Lesa has previously served on multiple Boards and combines that experience with her corporate background to serve WhoZaGood®.

Dennis Nerland BSc., MA, LLB, TEP, IC.D, QC, Corporate Legal Counsel

Dennis is one of the three founding partners of Shea Nerland Calnan LLP. Dennis’s progressive approach to the various areas of tax planning, has allowed him to develop his vast knowledge in the area. Dennis serves as a trustee of a significant number of trusts and also serves as a director and officer of numerous companies, including a number of public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange. Dennis brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to WhoZaGood®.

Barry J. Schindler B.S., J.D., Technical Outside Legal Counsel and Strategic Advisor

Barry is Co-Chair of the Greenberg Traurig Global Patent Prosecution Group and a Shareholder in the Company's Intellectual Property and Technology Department - a group of nearly 100 attorneys with over 8,000 foreign and domestic applications pending. Greenberg Traurig is among the Top 10 Law Firms and ranked No. 1 in U.S. domestic presence (29 U.S. locations) with 36 offices world-wide. Barry brings more than twenty-five years of legal experience in all aspects of intellectual property law, including multidisciplinary litigation experience working with many of the largest social media and Internet giants. He has co-authored a number of publications and articles, lectures widely on business method patent strategies, and works closely with the USPTO Business Method Technology Center. Barry has confirmed the depth of WhoZaGood® technology to the extent of filing for several patent applications, five of which have been awarded to-date as a result of these applications.
